WHO WE ARE
Bazhou Mubang Household Products Factory was established in 2024. With approximately 6,600 m² of production space and a production and operations team of about 50, the factory focuses on household storage, household essentials and outdoor-living products.
Yiersai Trading Co., Ltd. is Mubang's designated trading partner for overseas market development, international customer communication and trade services, helping procurement requirements move directly and accurately to the production side.
From material processing, injection molding, metal fabrication and welding to surface treatment, finished-product assembly, quality inspection and packing, multiple key production stages can be managed directly. OEM/ODM requirements move through coordinated factory and trade teams.
18 injection molding machines cover 220T, 400T, 470T, 650T, 780T and 1100T configurations. Current production can reach approximately 1,000 PP and upholstered stools per day and approximately 2,000 cosmetic organizers per day, subject to the confirmed product and production plan.
Carbon-steel and stainless-steel capability includes laser cutting equipment, multiple welding machines, automatic and semi-automatic bending equipment, coating, assembly and packing. New projects can be evaluated from customer drawings or physical samples.
